Cell viability kit contains three reagents: Calcein AM, Hoechst and PI. Live cells are labeled with green fluorescing calcein, dead cells are labeled with red fluorescing PI and total nucleated cell number is determined using Hoechst.

(Component A) Propidium iodide, 200 µL
(Component B) Hoechst 33342, 40 µL
(Component C) Calcein AM, 50 µL
